Terms of Use

Vaultline is not a bank, lender, broker, or payment service. It does not connect to real accounts, move real money, or provide financial advice. All numbers are records you enter yourself. Decisions you make based on your records are your own responsibility.

• You must provide a real email address and keep your sign-in credentials private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including anything unlocked with associate or admin codes shared with you.
• You must be 13 or older to use Vaultline.

• CayPoints have no cash value. They are an in-app rewards system and cannot be redeemed for real money unless a specific in-app reward says so.
• Points may be held in a pending state while the system (and sometimes a human reviewer) verifies them. Verification can take from a few minutes to several hours for large or unusual claims.
• Offers rotate, expire, and may be replaced automatically. Daily, weekly and monthly earning limits may apply and can change.
• Attempts to game the system — fake receipts, edited images, spoofed locations, automation, or duplicate claims — may result in denied points, forfeited rewards, or account suspension.
• Vaultline may review and reverse rewards that were granted in error.

Vaultline uses AI heavily — for receipt and barcode scanning, photo verification, offer matching, categorization, and fraud checks. By using these features you agree that:

• Images and text you submit may be processed by third-party AI models (see the Privacy Policy for details).
• AI can make mistakes. Extracted totals, merchants and matches may be wrong — you are responsible for reviewing and correcting your records.
• AI verification decisions on rewards may be appealed through admin review; the Vaultline owner's decision is final.
• Nothing produced by AI in Vaultline is financial, legal, or tax advice.

• Don't upload content that is illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to access other users' accounts, the admin center, or associate tools without authorization.
• Don't probe, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Don't use Vaultline to record anything on behalf of a business or third party — it's for personal records.

Location Time and Find & Scan use your device's location with your permission. Location is used to verify check-ins and prevent spoofing — never to track you for advertising. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.

Vaultline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using your records, AI errors, service interruptions, or reward changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to $100.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, especially for reward abuse. You can stop using Vaultline and delete your records at any time.

These terms may change; the "Last updated" date will reflect it. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
