CayPoints Rewards Terms

• CayPoints are a promotional in-app balance. They are not money, not a security, and not redeemable for cash.
• They cannot be sold, transferred, gifted or combined between accounts.
• Vaultline may change point values, multipliers, tiers, levels and rewards at any time.

• Points come from logged purchases, scanned receipts, online orders, offers, item hunts, scans, check-ins, games, challenges and level rewards.
• Tier multipliers apply at the moment of settlement, not at the moment of submission.
• Daily, weekly and monthly caps apply and are shown in Settings → Earning Limits.
• Offers require that the qualifying conditions actually appear on your record — merchant, product, amount, date window and quantity.

• Awards start in a pending state and are not spendable until they settle.
• Standard holds are short. Unusual, high-value or flagged claims are held longer, up to manual review by the owner.
• A hold may be extended if the system needs more accuracy checks. You'll see the reason on the Points in Review page.
• Points released in error may be reversed.

A claim can be denied for duplicates, unreadable or altered images, mismatched merchants, expired offers, exceeded limits, or implausible location data. A denial always states a reason. You may appeal once per claim through the reward appeal form; the owner's decision is final.

• Rewards in the shop have limited inventory, per-user limits and expiry dates.
• Once redeemed, points are spent and are not refundable unless the reward could not be delivered.
• Points may expire after a long period of account inactivity.
• If your account is closed or suspended for abuse, unspent points are forfeited.

Automated claiming, recycled or borrowed receipts, edited images, spoofed GPS, multiple accounts, and scripted gameplay all void the points involved and may end your access. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
