Account, Integrity & Appeals
What happens when rules are broken, and how to ask for a second look.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Account Policy
One person, one account. Your account is the only thing that decides access — not your browser, device or network. Signing out, clearing cookies, switching browsers or making a new account does not remove an action on your account.
2. Account Actions
Restricted: you can keep using Vaultline, but specific features (such as earning or redeeming CayPoints, games, uploads or profile changes) are paused while activity is reviewed.
Suspended: access is blocked for a set time (1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or until review ends. All active sessions are ended immediately.
Disabled: the account is permanently closed.
Every action is recorded with the date, reason and who took it. Checks happen on our servers, not just on screen.
3. Appeals
If you think an action was wrong, use Appeal this decision on the suspension screen. Give a reason, explain what happened and add any supporting details. One appeal can be open at a time. An admin will uphold, lift or change the action, or ask for more information.
4. Fraud & Integrity
Not allowed: fake or edited receipts, reusing the same receipt, multiple accounts, scripted or automated game play, exploiting bugs, or harassing others. These can lead to restriction, suspension, disabling and removal of points gained.
5. Receipt & Document Policy
Uploads must be real, yours and unedited. Documents in your Document Vault are private to you. Receipts used for points may be reviewed.
6. Points & Earning Policy
CayPoints have no cash value. Points may be held for review, reversed if earned against the rules, and can be paused platform-wide during an emergency.
7. Promotions & Bonuses
Bonuses follow the terms shown with them, can end at any time, and are limited to one per person unless stated.
8. Games & Competition
Game results are checked on the server. Rounds with impossible scores or tampering pay nothing and may lead to action on the account.
9. Financial Information
Vaultline is not a bank and moves no money. Everything you enter is for your own tracking only.
10. Third-Party Services
Some features use outside services (for example maps and AI reading). They only receive what the feature needs. See the AI Use policy for details.
11. Emergency Controls
If something goes wrong, Vaultline may temporarily pause sign-ups, rewards, uploads, earning or redemptions, ask everyone to sign in again, or enter maintenance mode.
