Acceptable Use Policy

Vaultline is a private vault with a real rewards economy behind it. These rules keep it fair for everyone.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. What you may do

  • Log your own purchases, income, bills, debts, goals and assets.
  • Scan receipts and orders that belong to you.
  • Complete hunts, scans, check-ins, challenges and games yourself, on your own device.
  • Use one account per person.

2. What you may not do

  • Submit receipts, orders or photos that are not yours, are reused, printed from screens, or digitally altered.
  • Spoof, mock or simulate GPS location, device time, or camera input.
  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, macros or auto-clickers for games or point earning.
  • Create multiple or shared accounts to multiply rewards.
  • Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass rate limits, verification, or access controls.
  • Share associate or admin access codes with anyone not authorized by the owner.
  • Upload unlawful content, other people's personal data, or malware.

3. Enforcement

Depending on severity, Vaultline may:

  • Extend a pending hold and require manual review;
  • Deny or reverse points and remove redeemed rewards;
  • Reduce your earning limits or lock specific features;
  • Suspend or permanently close the account, forfeiting the point balance.

Honest mistakes are treated as mistakes. Repeat or deliberate abuse is not.

4. Reporting

If you see abuse, a security hole, or a bug that hands out points incorrectly, please report it through the report form. Good-faith reports never count against you.
